The St. Joseph Home Sale Practice is known as the age-old tradition of requesting the aide of St. Joseph while in the midst of  selling one's home. Tradition says If you bury him upside down near the "for sale" sign, in the back yard, or in a flower pot, and then say a little prayer, then your house will sell.  Also, included are three professionally narrated leaflets giving an 'Introduction' explaining the 'Way of St. Joseph' and, most importantly, a Prayer Card. There is no guarantee of a house sale.  Can also be used as a Outward Symbol of One's Faith. This St. Josephs statue is proudly shipped and assembled from the Pioneer Center for Human Services (serving persons with developmental disabilities, mental illness and traumatic brain injuries)
